Leads CRM – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases and subscriptions made through Leads CRM, operated by Leads Software Technologies Inc. (“Leads CRM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to this Policy in full.

This Policy is incorporated by reference into our User Agreement (the “Agreement”).

1. General Terms

1.1. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.

1.2. Refunds will not be issued for unused time, partial usage, or cancellation prior to the end of the billing period.

1.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the term.

2. Monthly Subscription Plans

2.1. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

2.2. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made.

3. Annual Subscription Plans

3.1. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a full 12-month term and are non-refundable once purchased.

3.2. You may cancel your annual subscription at any time to prevent renewal. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the current subscription term.

3.3. We do not provide pro-rata refunds or credits for unused periods.

4. Exceptional Cases

4.1. In rare and exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues caused solely by our system or billing errors, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

4.2. Any such request must be submitted in writing to support@leadsapp.ai within 14 days of the billing date and must include sufficient information to identify the account and issue.

5. Refund Processing

5.1. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5.2. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

6.1. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of this Policy and may result in permanent suspension of your account.

6.2. If a payment dispute is found to be unsubstantiated, we reserve the right to recover fees and take appropriate legal action.

7. Changes to This Policy

7.1. We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on https://www.leadsapp.ai/refund-policy. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
